电火花加工放电爆炸力对材料蚀除机理的研究

【摘要】 通过对不同电源、不同电极材料、不同介质条件下单脉冲放电爆炸力及放电蚀坑形貌和尺寸的实验研究,对增爆电源放电爆炸力的蚀除机理进行了初步研究。研究结果表明,虽然增爆电源的单个脉冲能量仅为普通电源的1/2,但其放电冲击波峰值压力及放电蚀坑直径却远远大于普通电源,因而提高了加工效率。研究结果还表明,增爆电源的材料蚀除机理主要是热爆炸蚀除,即材料是先被放电通道的瞬时高温熔化,处于熔化状态的材料在放电爆炸力的作用下被抛出的。放电爆炸力的大小与放电介质密度有关,介质密度越大,放电爆炸力越大。

【Abstract】 Based on the research on the discharge explosion force and the appearance and dimension of the crater during single pulse discharge with different power supply、different electrode materials and different machining medium,the mechanism of material erosion based on explosion force was preliminary studied. The result s show that,although the single pulse energy of the explosion-enhanced power only is 1/2 times of common power,its peak value of impulsive forces and the crater diameters are much bigger than common power’s,which make the machining efficiency greatly enhanced.Additionally,the results show that the mechanism of material erosion of the explosion-enhanced power mainly is heat explosion erosion mechanism,that is,firstly,the materials of two electrodes are melted by the instantaneous high temperature of the discharge channels,then,the melted material are shoot off on the function of impulse forces.The size of the impulse forces is related to the density of the machining medium,the bigger the density is,the larger the impulse force is.
