摩擦副表面微坑结构的微细电解加工技术研究
Machining Micro-pits of Working Surface between Friction Pairs by Micro-Electrochemiacal Machining(microECM)
【摘要】 降低发动机的机械损失一直是研究热点,在摩擦副表面加工微坑,作为改善滑动摩擦的方法已引起了研究者的重视。提出了采用微细圆柱群电极电解加工微坑的工艺方法。以电火花反拷贝的方法制备了直径为250μm的单排微细圆柱群电极,进行微坑的排电极电解加工工艺实验,获得了平均直径361μm、深度7.8μm的摩擦副表面微坑。
【Abstract】 Micro-pits play an important role in reducing friction which could decrease the mechanical loss of the motor,so much attention is paid to them recently.Fabrication method of micro-pits is proposed in this paper by using micro-ECM with multiple cylindrical micro-electrodes.The result shows that micro-pits could be obtained with a diameter of 361 μm and depth of 7.8 μm.
