混流式水轮机转轮非设计工况特性分析
Characteristic Analysis of a Francis Turbine Runner in Off-designed Operation Point
【摘要】 本文利用计算流体力学(CFD)手段,对一个混流式水轮机模型转轮叶片在非设计工况下的特性进行了分析。在三维湍流数值模拟计算的基础上,研究了叶片上不同部位随着工况不同而产生特性参数的变化情况,考察了不同来流角度和叶片进口角度、叶片几何形状之间的关系对其性能的影响。计算结果和试验结果的对比,说明了CFD计算过程和结果是比较准确可靠的,从而可以深入分析变工况下流动参数和叶片几何形状之间的耦合关系及其对转轮特性的影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper,flow characters of a Francis turbine model runner in off-designed operation point is analyzed with CFD method.With the results from 3D turbulent numerical simulation,the variation of character parameters at different part of runner blade is researched while the operating condition is changed,to study the relationship among inflow angle,blade inlet angle and blade geometry profile.A comparison is done with simulation and experiment results,which shows that the CFD simulation process and results are accurate and dependable.The interaction between flow parameter and blade geometry profile,and their influence on the model runner performance should be further studied.
