强干扰下焊机控制系统的电源设计

【摘要】 基于32位微处理器AT91RM9200的焊机控制系统存在着强烈的干扰,系统电源的设计尤为重要。介绍了系统电源的工作原理及相关器件的选型,并重点阐述电源电路的设计以及提高抗干扰能力的具体措施。该电路具有较高的可靠性和电磁兼容性能,满足了系统稳定运行的设计要求。

【Abstract】 There are some intensive interference in the welding controlled system based on 32 bit MPU AT91RM9200,so it is greatly important for the design of the System Power Source.Introduce in brief the principle of the System Power Source and the selection of the relative instruments,then the most important is to explain the design of the Power Source electrocircuit and to enhance the particular measure of the anti-interference ability.This electrocircuit has higher reliability and electromagnetic compability than others,and it can fulfil the designed request for the system running steadily.
