【Abstract】 Gantry submerged arc welding machine is applied in mechanical manufacture industry widely.The control system is composed by divided components exists fault rate.This paper introduces the gantry submerged arc welding machine by PLC controlled,introduces the equipment structure compose,the design principle of control system,gentry frame travel drive circuit,wire feeder,motorfield switch circuit,PLC hardware system design and software control for weld process in detail.This gantry submerged arc welding machine possesses the advantages of good stability and low breadown percent,it is the ideal equipment by replaced the submerged arc welding machine divided components control.更多还原
