【摘要】 介绍了TI公司生产的TMS320LF2407A在大型储油罐自动焊接设备中的应用,以DSP为核心,将大型储油罐施工建设中所用到的横缝、立缝、角缝三种自动焊机设计成统一的硬件电路,在不同软件的协调下,实现在同一个平台上的多目标控制。实验结果表明,该系统性能可靠,通用性强,升级方便,设备维护保养容易。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the application of TMS320LF2407A in automatic welding machine for manufacturing large-scale oil tank.The same hardware circuit is designed for automatic welding machine for girth seam,vertical seam and fillet joint,but it can be controlled by different software,which is called multi-object control.The experiments prove that this system is reliable,all-purpose,convenient and make the maintenance become easily.更多还原
