并条机匀整装置的带轮差动机构
The Differential Mechanism with Belt Pulley Used in the Drawing Frame’s Regularity Device
【摘要】 为解决制造成本高的问题,在保证机构传动效率的基础上,将带传动引入并条机匀整装置的差动机构中.对改装后的2K-H周转轮系的结构图进行运动和受力分析,推导出其传动比和效率公式,并将其效率与齿轮差动轮系的效率进行了对比.
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the production cost,belt driving differential mechanism was introduced into the drawing frame’s regularity device while improving the device’s efficiency. The structure graph,the analysis of motion and force,and the formula of driving ratio and efficiency of the refitted 2K-H turnover wheel system were supplied. It also gave an efficiency contrast between two kinds of devices.
