脉冲阻塞式斩波交-交变频技术
Plugged Pulse-Chopping Based Cycloconverter
【摘要】 为了改变传统交-交变频技术功率因数低,功率器件多的状况,发挥无中间直流环节,功率双向流动和超低速传动等优势,针对节电传动设计了一种低成本装置,提出将交-交斩波调压器变性为交-交斩波变频器的构想,用周期性阻塞式脉冲控制取代了连续脉冲控制,并用等脉宽和SPWM变脉宽两种规律实现了该构想。文中推导了设定工作频率下控制参数的关系式,讨论了最少器件的拓扑,并给出了单管变频器的典型实验波形。最后,分析了该技术的应用前景,并建议采用压频比协调变频调速与单独变压调速的分段复合开环控制策略,实现电机系统的低成本简易节电。
【Abstract】 In order to solve low power factor problem in conventional cycloconverters, as well as reduce the number of power devices, remaining the merits of operation in ultra-low speed with bidirectional power delivery without DC link, aiming at motor drive for energy saving, a low cost install is introduced and an idea to become ac choppers with voltage variation into cycloconverters with frequency variation is proposed, where original control signals with successive pulse-series are replaced by that with periodically plugged pulse-series. This idea of frequency variation is implemented respectively by constant pulse width and SPWM variable pulse width control regulation. Also the equations related to controlling parameters at a determined operation frequency are derived, and the topologies with minimum devices are discussed. Typical waveforms of a single device frequency-changer are presented. At the end, applicable prospect of this technology is analyzed. And a hybrid open-loop speed control strategy of changing the frequency/voltage and individually changing the voltage in different section are suggested, so as to save energy conveniently with low cost in motor control systems.
