基于扩展绕组函数的直线异步电动机动态特性
Dynamic Characteristics of Linear Induction Motor Based on Extended Winding Function
【摘要】 基于绕组函数概念提出了单边直线异步电动机的扩展绕组函数,不仅适用于电机极数为偶数的情况,也满足直线异步电动机极数可能为奇数的特点。该扩展绕组函数能够方便计算直线异步电动机静态纵向边缘效应带来的三相绕组不对称对电机性能的影响。同时,该方法在计算直线电机俯仰状态和电磁气隙不均匀等情况下的初级绕组电感、动态推力和法向力等方面应用效果良好。
【Abstract】 This paper establishes an analysis method extended winding function of linear induction motor (LIM) based on the concept of traditional winding function. It can be applied to the analysis of LIM with even pole numbers or odd ones. By using this method, the performance considering the asymmetry of three phase windings due to static end effect can be analyzed effectively. Meanwhile, proposed method shows excellent effectiveness in LIM calculation of winding inductance, dynamic thrust and normal force with gap length changed or uneven.
