电动车用新型定子双馈电双凸极电动机驱动系统的设计和实现

【摘要】 设计了基于DSP TMS320F2812电动车用新型定子双馈电双凸极(SDFDS)电动机(以下简称电机)驱动系统。介绍了SDFDS电机的结构和工作原理,给出了驱动系统的控制算法,用系统辨识方法得到速度环PI参数范围,通过仿真确定PI参数,用C语言编制控制程序,对一台三相12/8极750W SDFDS电机样机进行控制。实验结果表明,该SDFDS电机驱动系统符合设计要求,具有良好的稳态和动态性能,为进行电机弱磁扩速与效率优化奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 A novel stator-doubly-fed doubly salient (SDFDS) motor drive for electric vehicles was developed based on DSP TMS320F2812. The structure and working principle of the SDFDS motor are introduced, and the control algorithm of the driving system is presented. The range of PI parameter of the speed loop was obtained by system identification, and then the PI parameter was specified by simulation. The control program was built by C-language, and the experiments on a 3-phase 12/8 pole 750W SDFDS motor were carried out. The results show that the developed drive system offers good steady-state and dynamic performances, hence laying a basis for the flux weakening control and on-line efficiency optimization of the SDFDS motor.
