定子双馈电双凸极电动机转矩脉动分析与抑制
Analysis and Suppression of Torque Ripple of Stator-Doubly-Fed Doubly Salient Motor
【摘要】 对定子双馈电双凸极(SDFDS)电动机(以下简称电动机)的转矩进行了理论分析,探讨磁阻转矩对转矩脉动的影响。在用傅里叶级数近似逼近SDFDS电动机感应电动势的基础上,采用谐波消去法得到消除转矩脉动的理想电流波形,并在一台三相12/8极SDFDS样机上进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:与方波电流相比,利用理想电流控制电机能有效抑制转矩脉动,验证了所提方法的正确性和可行性。
【Abstract】 The torque of stator-doubly-fed doubly salient (SDFDS) motor is analyzed, and the effect of reluctance torque on the torque ripple is discussed. Based on the approximating the back EMF waveform of SDFDS motor by Fourier series, the ideal armature current for suppression of torque ripple is derived. The experiments on a 3-phase 12/8 pole 750W SDFDS motor are carried out. The results show that the torque ripple of SDFDS motor controlled by the ideal current is significantly suppressed, verifying the effectiveness of the developed method.
