考虑负荷随机特性的静态安全校正控制算法
A Corrective Control Method Considering Load Stochastic Characteristic
【摘要】 目前电力系统静态安全控制算法大都没有考虑负荷的随机特性。实际上,任意节点的负荷都具有随机性,在制定校正控制措施时应考虑这种随机性。本文首先给出一种模拟负荷随机波动的模型,然后基于广义负荷裕度,提出了一种考虑负荷随机特性的静态安全校正控制方法。该校正控制方法取最不利的负荷波动模式加入校正控制模型并采用连续线性规划技术求解。我国某实际的682节点系统的仿真算例验证了本文方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 The current corrective control models do not take load stochastic characteristic into consideration though load is actually varying during generator rescheduling. This paper presents a corrective model to remove operation constraint violations considering load stochastic characteristic. Firstly, a stochastic load model is presented. Then, based on the concept of generalized loading margin (GLM), a new corrective control method considering load stochastic characteristic is proposed. In this method, the worst case of load fluctuating is taken and successive linear programming is adopted to solve this problem. Results of a real 682 bus system show that this approach is effective.
