【摘要】 对工件锈蚀的不同去除方法进行了比较。总结了车架电泳涂装前处理常见的问题,如锈蚀去除不净,表面粗糙度过高,除油不净,磷化不良和工件返锈。分析了其产生的原因,提出了解决方法。指出工艺流程、涂装前处理输送设备和处理方式、磷化槽加热方式是影响前处理的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different derusting methods for workpiece were compared. Common problems existing in electrophoresis pretreatment of vehicle frame were summarized as follows: insufficient rust removal,too high surface roughness,insufficient degreasing,poor phosphating and rerusting of workpiece. Causes of the problems were analyzed and problem-solving methods were presented. It was noted that the process flow,transportation equipment and treatment way of coating pretreatment,and heating way of phosphating trough are the primary influential factors for pretreatment.更多还原
