超声电镀锡铈合金的微观结构与性能
Microstructure and properties of tin-cerium alloy electrodeposited with ultrasonic
【摘要】 在超声波作用下进行了锡铈合金电镀。通过透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD),对镀层的表面形貌和结晶状态进行了表征,并用光栅光谱法对镀层成分进行了分析。探讨了超声波对锡铈合金镀层的抗氧化性、结合力、可焊性和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:超声波的作用使镀层表面更均匀细致,结晶晶面形成以Sn(101)面为主的择优取向,超声波的作用增加了镀层中的铈含量,有利于合金的形成;超声波提高了镀层的可焊性、抗氧化性、耐蚀性等性能,优化了操作条件,促进了镀层择优取向的形成。
【Abstract】 Tin–cerium alloy was electrodeposited under ultrasonic agitation. The morphology and crystal state of the deposit were characterized by TEM and XRD, and the components of the deposit were analyzed by spectroscopy. The influence of ultrasonic on the oxidation resistance, adhesion, solderability and corrosion resistance of the deposit was studied. The results showed that under the action of ultrasonic the surface of the deposit is more uniform and compact, the preferred crystal orientation is mainly Sn(101) plane, the content of cerium in deposit is increased and alloy formation is favored. The use of ultrasonic improves the surface performance and qualities of deposit, including weldability, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and so on. Also, the ultrasonic improves the operating conditions and accelerates the formation of preferred crystal orientation.
