【Abstract】 A process of acid copper plating on iron roll based on cyanide barrel copper pre-plating was introduced, including repairing, derusting, pre-plating, barrel plating and etc. The formula and process conditions were presented. Using the process, the adhesion of pre-plated copper coating to iron substrate was improved and the problems of blistering and skip plating were solved with advantages of saving materials, decreasing pollution and improving efficiency.更多还原
