FTIR-OMNI采样器快速分析材料表面涂层聚合物成分

【摘要】 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪的衰减全反射(ATR)附件——OMNI采样器,对45#钢、山羊皮革、易拉罐内壁、空白光盘等4种材料表面的聚合物涂层进行了ATR-FTIR分析。结果表明,该方法无需对样品进行前处理,适用于生产、科研、质检等部门快速分析材料表面涂层的聚合物成分,具有简便、准确、无损的特点。

【Abstract】 The polymer coatings on the surface of four different materials, including 45# steel, goat leather, pull-tab can inner wall and blank compact disc were analyzed with OMNI sampler, an attenuated total reflectance (ATR) accessory of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. The results showed that the method is convenient, accurate and non-destructive, with no need for pretreatment of samples, being suitable for rapid analyses of polymer composition of coatings on material surfaces in the fields of production, research, quality control and so on.
