【摘要】 为有效的利用具有优异基因的野生大豆资源创造高异黄酮含量的大豆新种质,采用野生大豆作为亲本进行种间杂交,研究种间杂交后代异黄酮的遗传规律。结果表明:种间杂交F1代异黄酮含量介于双亲之间,且F1代异黄酮含量与双亲具有一定的相关性;从杂种优势分析得知,在杂交F1代中出现正向优势和负向优势的机率均等;在选育大豆异黄酮专用品种时,应采用双亲异黄酮含量均高,或以异黄酮含量中等且综合性状优良的栽培大豆为母本,以异黄酮含量高的野生大豆资源为父本组配杂交组合。

【Abstract】 In order to develop new soybean germplasm of high isoflavone content,interspecific cross was taken on wild soybean which had outstanding gene resources.The study of isoflavone hereditary law in hybrids showed that isoflavone content of F1 was between parents and there was relation between parents and F1 hybrids.From the analysis of heterosis we knew that positive and negative advantages in F1 hybrids were equal.It was the best choice to take high isoflavone resources as parents.We should take cultivate soybean with middle isoflavone content and better comprehensive index as female parent and wild soybean with high isoflavone as male parent.
