【Abstract】 The essence of management is concerned with seeking efficiency and management research focuses on how an organization achieves an expected order with efficiency.The western management theory prioritizes the efficiency principle while the traditional Chinese management philosophy takes stability as its core.Modern management is still mainly concerned with efficiency.Now with the management returning to the orient orientation and absorbing the spirit of people first management concept,we should not discard the efficiency principle,or we would lose sight of the nature of management.更多还原
