【Abstract】 This paper presents the theory and experiment’s process of the resistive-capacitive potential transformer.The result shows that the transformer based on this principle can transfer the input voltage signal to second side exactly.It has good linearity,and transient process can be responsed accurately and rapidly.更多还原
