镉锌复合污染对芹菜养分吸收的影响
Effection of Cd and Zn complex-pollution on nutrient absorption of celery
【摘要】 用水培试验研究不同浓度下Cd、Zn单一及复合污染对芹菜吸收营养元素(N、P、K、Fe)的影响。结果表明:Cd、Zn单一污染下,茎叶中粗蛋白和元素P的含量没有显著变化;Cd在一定程度上促进了茎叶对K的吸收,Zn抑制了茎叶对元素K的吸收;高浓度的Cd(8mg/L)和Zn(500mg/L),均显著地促进了茎叶对元素Fe的吸收,分别为对照值的1.3倍和1.5倍。而Cd、Zn复合污染对营养元素的吸收存在复杂的影响:茎叶中P的含量没有显著变化;Cd在一定程度上促进了茎叶对K的吸收,Zn抑制了茎叶对元素K的吸收;Cd和Zn均不同程度地促进了芹菜茎叶对Fe的吸收。
【Abstract】 Hydroponic experiments were conducted to study the effect of various Cd or Zn heavy metal pollutant substrates on the nutrient elements(N, P, K and Fe), in stems and leaves of celery. The main results were as follows: neither Cd nor Zn made a significant change in the absorption of P; Cd improved the absorption of K to some extent, while Zn depressed the absorption of K; both Cd (8 mg/L) and Zn (500 mg/L) promoted the absorption of Fe obviously, is 1.3 and 1.5 times to the contrast. The effect of the combination of Cd and Zn on the absorption of nutrient elements in the stems and leaves was complex. There was no obvious effect on the absorption of P; Cd improved the absorption of K to a certain extent, however, Zn inhibited the absorption of K; Zn and Cd promoted the absorption of Fe to varying degrees.
