MCT-β-CD修饰金电极的制备及其与偶氮苯的相互作用

【摘要】 用自组装技术将巯基乙酸自组装在金电极上,然后将一氯三嗪-β-环糊精(MCT-β-CD)与组装在金电极上的巯基乙酸(pH=8.5,温度为80℃)反应1h,得到MCT-β-CD修饰金电极.用衰减全反射傅立叶红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、循环伏安及电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)法对其进行了表征.结果表明:MCTβ-CD已成功地修饰在金电极上,并且修饰电极上的环糊精(CD)能与偶氮苯发生包合反应.制备MCT-β-CD修饰金电极操作较简单,成本低,周期较短,可进一步用做环糊精自组装膜传感器的研究与应用.

【Abstract】 A β-cyclodextrin modified Au electrode was fabricated by a two step method.First,mercaptoacetic acid was modified on gold electrode based on the strong interaction of SH with gold surface,then in alkaline(pH=8.5) solution,Monochlorotriazinyl-β-Cyclodextrin(MCT-β-CD) was reacted with mercaptoacetic acid at 80℃ for 1 h,so the β-cyclodextrin modified Au electrode was obtained.The modified electrode was studied by ATR-FTIR,cyclic voltammetric and electrochemical impedance technique.The results showed that the MCT-β-CD was successfully mondified on the gold electrode,and the azobenzene can be included by the MCT-β-cyclodextrin witch was mondified on Au electrode.This method is an easy,inexpensive,time saving way to fabricate β-cyclodextrin modified Au electrode,and this β-cyclodextrin modified Au electrode may be used to investigate self-assembled monolayer sensor.
