【摘要】 从农林特产资源管理的经济学价值定位、农林特产资源价值理论构建和农林特产资源价值构成3个方面阐述了农林特产资源的价值。认为:我国农林特产资源存在稀缺性问题,国家的介入和干预,对农林特产资源实行管理是必要的。用马克思劳动价值论和修正后的边际效用价值论的结合完整地说明了农林特产资源本身效用和人类的劳动投入都是农林特产资源的价值基础,合理地解释了特产资源的价值。农林特产资源价值包括经济价值、社会价值和生态价值,量化农林特产资源的价值是资源经济学研究的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The values of agricultural and forestry special local resources are expounded from value orientation,value theory construction and value composition.It is necessary to manage agricultural and forestry special local resources through state involvement and intervention due to the scarcity of agricultural and forestry special local resources in China.Combination of Marx’s labor theory of value and the revised marginal utility axiology fully proves that both the usefulness of agricultural and forestry special local resources themselves and human’s labor input are value basis for agricultural and forestry special local resources,and it can explain the value of special local resources rationally.The value of agricultural and forestry special local resources includes economic value,social value and ecological value.To quantify the value of it is the focal point of resource economics research.更多还原
