马鹿精子膜蛋白提取及理化性质分析

【摘要】 采用非离子型去污剂(NP-40)裂解法提取马鹿精子膜蛋白,确定出马鹿精子膜蛋白的最佳分离胶质量分数为12%。通过对膜蛋白的性质分析,发现马鹿精子膜蛋白是一组具弱酸性等电点的低相对分子质量糖蛋白,相对分子质量为21.7~98.4kDa,等电点为pI4~9。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to extract sperm membrane proteins from Cervus elaphus by lysis method with non-ionic decontaminant(NP-40).The optimal concentration of separation gel was determined as 12%.Sperm membrane proteins in C.elaphus were a group of weak acid glycoproteins with low molecular weight according to the physicochemical properties of the sperm membrane proteins,and their molecular weights ranged from 21.7kDa to 98.4kDa and isoelectric points were between 4 and 9.
