白花泡桐×兰考泡桐杂种F1自然接干性状的遗传变异

【摘要】 运用种间杂交试验、田间试验和统计分析的方法研究了白花泡桐×兰考泡桐杂种F1无性系自然接干性状的遗传变异规律,结果表明:①白花泡桐×兰考泡桐的自然接干性状在杂种F1无性系水平上存在广泛而明显的遗传变异性。②白花泡桐×兰考泡桐的正反交试验揭示了4对假二叉分枝相对性状的遗传变异规律和无正反交效应的特性。③除通直度性状没有达到显著性差异外,其余的自然接干性状都有极显著的差异性。④自然接干性状在白花泡桐×兰考泡桐杂种F1无性系间存在极显著的差异性。⑤大多数白花泡桐×兰考泡桐杂种F1无性系在胸径性状上无显著性差异,而少数白花泡桐×兰考泡桐杂种F1无性系在绝大多数自然接干性状上都有显著性差异。⑥接干材积因子、主干材积因子和主干平均削度因子分别为第一、第二和第三主成分,其总贡献率为77.09%。⑦pfe12和pfe10是参试无性系中自然接干性表现最好的二个优良无性系。

【Abstract】 A study was conducted to analyse the genetic variation of the natural stem-join characters of P.fortunei(Seem.)Hemsl.×P.elongata S.Y.Hu hybrid F1 clones by means of interspecific crossing experiment,field test and statistical analysis.Results showed that the natural stem-join characters of P.fortunei×P.elongata had extensive and obvious genetic variations at the hybrid F1 clone level.The reciprocal cross experiments on P.fortunei×P.elongata and P.elongata×P.fortunei revealed concrete genetic variation regularities of relative characters of four pairs of pseudo-bifurcate branch and the characteristics without reciprocal cross effects.Apart from the insignificant difference in straightness of stem,marked differences were found in other natural stem-join characters.The natural stem-join characters had extremely marked difference between the hybrid F1 clones of P.fortunei×P.elongata.Most hybrid F1 clones showed unobvious differences in diameter breast high,but a few had marked difference in most natural stem-join characters.Stem-join volume factor,main stem volume factor and average taper of main stem were the first three main components,and the total contribution rate was 77.09%.Pfe12 and pfe10 were the finest hybrid clones among all the experimental clones.Some important genetic parameters were calculated simply.
