基于食用植物油介电特性的试验研究

【摘要】 分析了农产品介电特性的测试原理和食用植物油介电特性机制,以食用植物油为试验对象,研究了流体类农产品介电特性测试方法,自制了平行平板三电极结构的谐振替代测试装置,并利用该装置在一定的频率和温度范围内,探讨了食用植物油介电特性与频率和温度的关系。结果表明,频率和温度与食用植物油介电特性参数有相关性。

【Abstract】 The test principle of electrical property on farm products and the electrical property of edible plants oil were analyzed in this paper.The test methods of electrical property on liquid farm products,making edible plant oil as trial object,were studied by using self-government syntony testing device of parallel flat three electrode.The relations of temperature or frequency and the electrical property of edible plants oil in stated frequency and temperature area were explored by using above device.The results indicated that the changes of frequency and temperature correlated with electrical property parameter of edible plants oil.
