【Abstract】 The experiment is conducted to detect the colony morphology,physiology and biochemistry of Enterobacter sakazakii.The result showed that the ideal method to detect the content of Enterobacter sakazakii in the infant formula was using sterile distilled water(DW) to pre-increase bacteria,Enterobacter bacteria broth(EE) to increase bacteria,color medium Agar(X-α-GlcA) to separate bacteria,and API20E biochemical system identi-fication.更多还原
