齐墩果酸分光光度法测定大豆异黄酮粉中总皂苷含量
Determination of saponin in soybean isoflavone by oleanolic acid spectrotometry
【摘要】 以大豆皂苷类似物齐墩果酸为标准品,经香草醛-高氯酸显色,应用可见分光光度法在560 nm处分别测定了20%、30%和40%大豆异黄酮粉中总皂苷的含量。测定结果表明,大豆总皂苷的对应含量分别为36.0%、26.3%、16.1%,该方法的线性范围为1~20μg.mL-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%,平均加样回收率为101.5%,相关系数R2=0.9996。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the oleanolic acid was taken as the reference standard using the method HClO4-vanillin colorimetry.The content of saponin in soybean isoflavone was determinated by spectrophotometry at 560 nm.The results showed that contents of soyasaponin were 36.0%,26.3% and 16.1%,respectively.The linear relation was 1-20 μg·mL-1,the RSD was 3.1%,the average recovery rate was 101.5%,and the coefficient correla-tion was 0.9996.
