【摘要】 针对番茄育种杂交组合间的优劣排序问题,采用基于实数编码加速遗传算法(RAGA)的投影寻踪分类模型(PPC)来评价样本的优劣,对番茄21个杂交组合13个性状进行综合分析。结果表明,78×76组合表现为高产、优质,硬度大、耐贮运,各方面性状能够互相兼顾,是综合性状最优良的组合。更多还原

【Abstract】 PPC model based on RAGA was applied in 13 traits arrangement for 21 hybrid combinations, the value of projection function can be evaluated. The results indicated that 78á76 was the best among the hybrid combinations in harvest and quality characters, at the same time, it had high infirmness traits and good tolerance to storage.
