大豆叶片和豆荚与衰老相关的某些生理特性比较

【摘要】 文章以东农163及东农42为材料,研究了大豆叶片和豆荚的衰老规律。结果表明,大豆结荚期叶片的叶绿素总含量比豆荚的叶绿素总含量高。随着籽粒的成熟,叶片和豆荚的蛋白质含量都呈不断增加的趋势,脯氨酸含量呈下降趋势,并且叶片的蛋白质含量明显比豆荚的蛋白质含量高。随着生育期的延续,叶片的SOD活性呈上升趋势,而豆荚的SOD活性变化呈下降趋势。可见,结荚期,大豆豆荚的抗氧化能力比叶片强。大豆不同品种的同一器官和同一品种不同器官的SOD活性变化都存在品种间差异。

【Abstract】 Dongnong 163 and Dongnong 42 were used to research the decrepitude rule of soybean leaf blade and pod. The results showed rhat in the initial stage of pod-growing, the content of total chlorophyll in leaf blade was richer than that in pod. With the seed maturing, the content of protein in leaf blade and in pod increased, and proline decreased. It was also observed that the level of protein content in leaf blade was obviously higher than that in pod. Also in the initial stage of pod-growing, the amount of MDA in leaf blade remained at a stable level, and with the seed maturing, the MDA content in leaf blade gradually increased, but the content of MDA in pod still kept a low level. During the growing period, the activity of SOD in leaf blade increased, but that in pod decreased. The change of SOD-activity in soybean varied in the same organ of different species and even in diff-erent organs of the same species. According to the results of these observations, we can conclude that the antioxi-dant ability of pod is stronger than that in leaf blade during the period of pod-growing.
