水泵变频变速调节节能量化的探讨

【摘要】 随着时代的发展,人们节能意识的不断提高,水泵的变速调节既方便又节能。目前,变频器的价格较高,中小型水泵采用变速调节已向主流趋势发展,但在对节能的量化上有一定困难。提出一种简便算法,供将要采用变频调速的工程技术人员,作为进行估算和预算以及决策的理论依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of the times,people continue to raise the awareness of energy saving,and variable-speed control pumps is both convenient and energy saving.At present,because of the higher the price of converter,it becomes a trend for small and medium type pumps to adopt variable-speed control to save energy. But energy-saving is difficult to quantify.This paper presents a simple method to be used for Frequency Control of engineering and technical personnel,as estimating and budgeting and decision-making theory.
