【摘要】 为探讨食管腹段供血动脉的来源及分支形态,以期为临床应用补充解剖学资料,利用成、幼尸体25具,红色乳胶灌注后剥离,进行解剖学观察与测量,得出该部供血动脉主要来源于胃左动脉的分支,占该段食管供血动脉总支数的66.0%;供血动脉可游离长度平均为26.40±10.31cm,起点外径平均为1.34±0.48cm;分支主要有两种类型,分支间存在吻合。结论为食管腹段来源相对恒定,分支比较复杂,其血供评价单纯从器官外角度是丰富的,但应综合考虑器官内外的血管构筑。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find the origin and the branch shape of the supplying arteries of esophagean organ in abdomen,This article,with the hope of offering anatomic supplement to clinical practice,uses 25 corpses including adults and children,which were stripped After the irrigation with red emulsion.Consequently,carrying on anatomy observation and survey,Obtains that the supply arteries in this section have a main origin in the branches of left gastric artery,which accounts for 66.0% of the total count of esophagus’supply arteries.These arteries may extend about 26.40±10.31cm in average length,and the beginning outer diameter is 1.34±0.48cm on the average.The branch mainly has two kinds of types,and these branches have tallies.The conclusion is that the origin of the arteries is relatively constant in this sec-tion of esophagus,and the branches are quite complex.Although the blood supply is purely rich in organic perspective,we should hold overall evaluation of the vessel construction in both internal and external of the organ.更多还原
