微波法制备的高比电容多孔炭的微结构
Microstructure of high specific capacitance porous carbons prepared by microwave method
【摘要】 以石油焦为原料、KOH为活化剂,制备了超级电容器用多孔炭。微波法制备的多孔炭的BET比表面积为1 951.06cm2/g,比电容为288 F/g;电炉法制备的多孔炭的BET比表面积为2 376.73 m2/g,比电容为256 F/g。微波法制备的多孔炭比电炉法制备的多孔炭的有序度更大。
【Abstract】 Porous carbon(PC) for supercapacitors was prepared from petroleum coke by activation with KOH.The specific capacitance of microwave method(MW)-PC was 288F/g,its BET specific surface area(SSA) was 1 951.06 m2/g,the specific capacitance of resistance furnace method(EF)-PC was 256 F/g,its BET-SSA was 2 376.73 m2/g.The order of MW-PC was more regular than that of EF-PC.
