锂离子电池用CuSn合金负极材料

【摘要】 用SnO2和CuO为原料,炭黑、中间相炭微球(MCMB)、石墨及乙炔黑为还原剂,采用碳热还原法合成了锂离子电池负极材料CuSn合金,利用XRD和SEM研究了还原剂对CuSn合金结构和形貌的影响,并进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明:还原剂的种类对CuSn合金的形貌和电化学性能有较大的影响。用MCMB作还原剂合成了亚微米级颗粒状的CuSn合金,首次循环的库仑效率为81.97%,放电比容量为404.0 mAh/g。

【Abstract】 Li-ion battery anode materials CuSn alloys were synthesized via carbothermal reduction method with SnO2 and CuO as raw materials and carbon black,mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB),graphite and acetylene black as reductants.The effects of reductant on the structure and morphology of CuSn alloys were studied by XRD and SEM,electrochemical performance test was carried out.The results showed that the kind of reductant had significant influence on the morphology and electrochemical performance of CuSn alloys.Micro-scaled spherical CuSn alloy was synthesized using MCMB as reductant,its coulombic efficiency at the initial cycle was 81.97% and the specific discharge capacity was 404.0 mAh/g.
