MH/Ni电池的储存性能与电极活性材料的结构

【摘要】 通过储存前后对MH/Ni电池性能的检测和电极活性材料的物相和微观结构的对比,发现电池容量衰减和内阻增加是CoOOH的析出和晶粒细化作用的结果。在β-Ni(OH)2颗粒周围包覆Co3O4的CoOOH阻碍了电池成流反应的进行,包覆Co3O4的CoOOH含量越多,β-Ni(OH)2的晶粒越细,这种阻碍作用就越大,表现为容量降低和内阻增加的幅度大。

【Abstract】 Through testing the performance of Ni/MH battery and comparing the phase and microstructure of electrode active materials before and after storage,it was found that the capacity fading and the internal resistance increasing of the battery were caused by CoOOH precipitation and grain refinement.The current-forming reaction of the battery was hindered by CoOOH coated with Co3O4 around βNi(OH)2.The more content of CoOOH coated with Co3O4 and the finer grain of β-Ni(OH)2 resulted in the larger hindrance function,exhibited the larger decrease extent of capacity and increase degree of battery internal resistance.
