【摘要】 目的了解本地区泌尿生殖道感染者的支原体感染及药敏状况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用上海奥普公司生产的支原体培养鉴定药敏试剂盒进行支原体培养鉴定及药敏试验。结果536例泌尿生殖道感染者中支原体阳性215例,阳性率为40.1%。其中解脲支原体(Uu)阳性161例(30.O%),人型支原体(Mh)阳性17例(3.2%),Uu和Mh混合感染37例(6.9%)。对强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素、罗红霉素、氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素、克林霉素耐药率分别为14.0%、15.8%、19.5%、30.2%、34.4%、43.7%、45.6%。结论泌尿生殖道感染者支原体感染率为40.1%,Uu是支原体感染的主要病原体,临床治疗首选强力霉素、交沙霉素和美满霉素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understant the information of mycoplasma infection in patients with uroganital in- fection and the rsistance to antibioties,and thus to provide the basis for clinically proper antibiotic use.Methods The mycoplasma isolated the susceptibility testing were used by the Shanghaiaopu Kits Agents.Results We iso- lated 215 positive cases from 536 cases patients with uroganital infection,the positive rates of mycoplasma is 40. 1%.Among 215 positive cases,the positive cases(rates) of Uu,Mh and Uu+Mh were 161(30.0%),17(3. 3%),37 (6.9%),respectively.Their rsistance rates to Doxyeycline,Josamycine,Minocycline,Roxithromycin, Ofloxcin,Azithromycine and Clinmycine were 14.0 %,15.8 %,19.5 %,30.2 %,34.4 %,43.7 % and 45.6 %, respectively.Conclusion The rates of mycoplasma infection in patients with uroganital infection is 40.1%,Uu is the important pathogens in mycoplasma infection.Doxycycline,Josamycine,Minocycline are the first choices to treat mycoplasma infection.更多还原
