数控铣削加工过程中热源及温度场模型理论的研究
Research on Heat Source and Temperature Field Model in NC Milling Process
【摘要】 对数控铣削加工特点及切削热产生过程进行了分析和研究.根据实际切削特点建立了铣削加工过程中的热源模型即动态线热源模型,并通过此热源模型及固体导热微分方程,用解析法推导出了铣削加工温度场数学模型,为研究热应力引起已加工零件变形提供了依据.
【Abstract】 In this paper the characteristic of NC milling and the generation of cutting heat are presented.The heat source model in milling process is established based on this research.Then the temperature field math model is calculated by analyzing the heat source model and solid thermal conductivity differential equation.The computation results provide the powerful basis for research on deformation of workpiece caused by themal stress.
