社会导向型土木工程专业人才培养模式初探
A Probe into the Pattern for Constructing Practice-oriented Talents Majoring in Civil Engineering
【摘要】 土木工程专业应用型人才培养模式必须以社会需求为导向。文章以毕业生和用人单位调查反馈意见为基础,就实践性教学、面向工程实际的工程技术教育模式、"双师型"师资结构、培养质量控制体系等方面进行了探索性研究。
【Abstract】 The pattern for constructing practice-oriented talents majoring in civil engineering must be targeted at social demands.This article discusses the teaching reformation such as the practice teaching,engineering technology education pattern facing to actual project,reasonable teachers structure,and train quality control.
