麦秸+苜蓿型全混合日粮DCAB对绵羊营养物质消化代谢的影响

【摘要】 试验采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,选用6只绵羊,通过饲养和消化试验来研究饲喂不同阴阳离子平衡的麦秸+苜蓿型全混合日粮对绵羊消化代谢的影响。结果表明:①B组(DCAB=15meq/100gDM)DM、NDF、ADF表观消化率均高于其他组(P<0.05)。②B组Ca表观消化率显著高于A组和C组(P<0.05),其他组间差异不显著(P>0.05);各组间P表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05);C组Na表观存留率与A、B组之间差异显著(P<0.05),但B组表观吸收率明显高于A、C组,说明随着DCAB水平的升高,Na吸收率和存留率都有上升趋势;提高DCAB水平,对K在体内的吸收影响不明显;C组尿Cl排出量与A、B之间差异显著(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 In a 3×3 Latin square design,6 chosen sheep were divided into 3 groups.The influence of different level of dietary cation-anion balance(DCAB)to digestive metabolism of sheep fed a wheat stover based TMR diet was researched by feeding and digesting test.The results suggested that:①The DM digestibility,NDF digestibility,ADF digestibility of B were obviously higher than the other two groups A and C(P<0.05).②The Ca digestibility of B were significantly higher than A and C(P<0.05).There were not significant difference between other two groups(P>0.05).There were not significant influence on P digestibility(P>0.05).The Na digestibility of C is notably different with A and B,but B was obviously higher than A and C(P<0.05).As the level of DCAB increases,the Na digestibility and depositability has a raising tendency and the K digestibility was not influenced evidently.The amount of Cl discharge from urine of C was significantly different with A and B(P<0.05).
