NiFe纳米线磁化反转机制的微磁模拟
Micromagnetic Simulation of Magnetization Reversal Mechanism in NiFe Nanowires
【摘要】 通过微磁模拟手段研究了不同形状参量的坡莫合金纳米线的反磁化机制。研究结果表明:不同颗粒尺寸时,磁化反转过程中不同阶段磁体的磁矩分布情况不一样,但整个磁化反转过程为多畴反转的过程。同时,矫顽力随着纳米线长径比的增大而减小,相同长径比下,颗粒直径大的纳米线矫顽力大,这主要与磁化反转机理有关。在磁化反转中,形状各向异性占有绝对的主导地位。
【Abstract】 The magnetization reversal mechanism of NiFe nanowires with different shape parameters were investigated by micromagnetic simulation.The results show that when the grain size changes,the distribution of magnetic moments at different steps during the magnetization reversal is different,but the whole course is a multidomain reversal model.The coercivity decreases as the ratio of nanowires length to grain diameter increases,and with the same ratio,the nanowire with larger grain diameter has larger coercivity.This is mainly related to the magnetization reversal mechanism.During the magnetization reversal course,the shape anisotropy is dominant.
