基于小波分析的航空发动机轴承故障诊断
Fault Diagnosis of Aero-engine Main Shaft Bearings Based on Wavelet Analysis
【摘要】 针对常规方法难以准确分析非平稳信号的局限性,采用小波变换快速有效地对滚动轴承振动信号进行带通滤波。通过选用多尺度的小波变换,能较好地分离出所要分析的高频固有振动信号,然后对高频振动信号进行包络分析,从包络谱图中提取故障特征频率分量,准确诊断出滚动轴承发生故障的元件。
【Abstract】 If using conventional method for the vibration signal analysis,the non-stationary signals are hard to analyze,and the band-pass filter can be done fast and effectively in processing the vibration signal of rolling bearing.The high-frequency inherent vibration signal is separated quite well with multi-scale wavelet transform.Then an envelope analysis is made to the high-frequency vibration signal.The fault of rolling bearing component is diagnosed by extracting fault feature from envelop frequency spectrum figure.
