【摘要】 目的探讨表面弥散系数在脑梗死演变进程中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析114例脑梗死患者125次DWI,观察病变DWI信号强度、T2WI信号强度和ADC值变化规律。结果脑梗死进程中DWI信号强度变化和ADC值变化具有两个时相。结论表面弥散系数的变化是判定脑梗死发生后脑细胞坏死情况的可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ADC in the progress of the cerebral infarction. Methods We analysed retrospectively 114 patients of cerebral infarction, which underwent diffusion weighted imaging 125 times. The changes of signal intensity of DWI, T2WI and value of ADC were rebiewed. Results There were two phases in the changes of DWI and value of ADC in the progress of cerebral infarction. Conclusion The change of value of ADC was a reliable evidence which coule be judged the death of brain cells in the progress of cerebral infarction.更多还原
