【摘要】 采用气-质联用法对乐昌含笑叶挥发油的化学成分研究表明,该油含23种化合物,其含量较高的物质有:十四氢化芘(18.891%);3,6-二甲基-5-丙烯基-6-乙烯基-4,5,6,7-四氢-1-苯并呋喃(16.066%);2,5-二环戊亚基-环戊酮(9.436%);3,3-二甲基-5-叔丁基-1-茚酮(8.892%);乙酸-3a,9b-二甲基-7-羰十氢化环戊并[a]萘-3-酯(8.024%);1,3-二甲基-2-丁烯基-5-叔丁基苯(5.720%);β-丁香烯(4.719%);5,11(13)-桉叶二烯-8,12-内酯(4.005%);β-橄香烯(3.232%);γ-杜松烯(1.977%);β-法尼烯(1.810%);含木香内酯(1.084%)。文章还对其挥发油的活性进行了初步测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The volatile chemical components from the leaves of Michelia chapensis Dandy were analyzed by the capillary GC-MS method.27 peaks were isolated,and 23 components were identifi ed.Tertradecahydropyrene(18.891 % ),5-Isopropenyl-3 ,6-dimethyl-6-viny l-4 ,5 ,6 ,7-tetrahydro-1-benzofuran(16.066%) 2,5-Dicyclopentylidene-1-cyclopentanone(9.436%),5-tert-Butyl-3,3-dimethyl-1-indanone(8.892%),Acetic Acid,3a,9b-dimethyl-7-oxo-decahydro-cyclopentaanaphthalene-3-yl ester(8.024%),2-Butenyl-5-tert-butyl-1,3-dimethylbenzene(5.720%),β-Caryophyllene(4.719%),Eudesma-5,11(13)-dien-8,12-olide(4.005%),β-Elemene(3.232%) γ-Cadinene(1.977%),β-Farnesene(1.810%),Costus lactone(1.084%) accounted for most of them.At the same time,the biologicalactivities of volatile oils from the leaves of Michelia chapensis were also analyzed.更多还原
