【摘要】 将国家铁路新深圳站客运枢纽规划建设前期工作分为枢纽选址、综合规划、工程方案设计三个阶段,梳理出前期工作各阶段的工作重点及工作方法,总结提出铁路客运枢纽工程前期工作应把握的三个关键环节,即完善协调组织机构、完善各阶段规划设计内容以及同步进行铁路车站工程与枢纽配套工程规划设计。最后,对国家铁路与城市交通一体化趋势、规划的角色定位变化趋势及铁路客运枢纽综合规划需要进一步完善的内容进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pilot tasks to plan and build the New Shenzhen Station, a passenger terminal in the national railway network, consist of three phases:site locating, comprehensive planning, and scenario formulating. This paper clarifies the key points and methodology to fulfill these tasks of different phases, and in particular, summaries the three important components that should be well controlled in the process of carrying out the pilot tasks, i.e., enhancing the coordination and organization of agencies, fine-tuning the design and planning for all phases, and synchronizing the design and planning of the station and its supporting facilities. The paper also discusses issues such as the integration of national rail network and urban transportation systems, the change of functions and roles of planning, as well as the need to further improve the planning of rail passenger terminals.更多还原
