【Abstract】 The afterpulse probability in the process of single photon detection was measured by using photon statistical method on the base of theoretical analysis.It is found that there exist two trapping levels with which lifetime is 503 ns and 33 ns respectively.Furthermore,we have analyzed the restraining for afterpulses in synchronous single-photon detection.更多还原
