【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of the new shift in higher education from elites to the general public as well as college students mainly comprising the sole child of the family born after the 80’s last century,it is a must to reflect on the building of college instructors in order to better train young people.This paper attempts to strengthen the building of instructor staff based on team performance efficiency through promoting their enthusiasm,creativity and competence so that their work can be more target-oriented and efficient.更多还原
