基于虚拟仪器技术的万能式断路器检测系统设计
Design of Conventional Circuit Breaker Test System Based on Virtual Instrument Technology
【摘要】 智能型万能式断路器性能参数检测是产品研制、调试、生产、出厂检验的重要环节.本文设计了一套以工业控制计算机为核心,配置高精度数据采集卡和信号调理电路等硬件,采用先进的虚拟仪器技术——LabVIEW 7 Express软件开发平台自行开发数据采集、分析、处理软件,通过PCI标准总线组成的高度集成的自动检测系统,可满足CW2(P型)系列智能型万能式断路器产品的出厂检验要求.介绍了系统总体方案设计和软件的实现.经实际应用表明,该系统具有测试精度高、抗干扰能力强、检测效率高、操作简单等优点.
【Abstract】 The performance test of intelligent conventional circuit breaker is the key to research,adjustment, production and ex-factory verification.The design of a new automatic test system consisting of industrial computer,data acquisition board,signal modulate board and software developed by LabVIEW virtual instrument technology is introduced in this paper.The system can satisfy the demands of CW2 series intelligent conventional circuit breaker ex-factory test.The realization and function of the automatic test system are also introduced in detail from the hardware structure and especially the software function.The system has the following properties:high precision,strong disturbance attenuation,high efficiency and convenient manipulation.
