【摘要】 本研究在为制定城市公交司乘人员的管理方案提供心理学依据,通过问卷形式对城市公交青年司乘人员进行了相关调查。结果表明:城市公交青年司乘人员的一般自我效能感、工作压力和满意度均处于一般中等水平;性别、工作时间、学历等因素对城市公交青年司乘人员的一般自我效能感、工作压力和工作满意度有不同程度的影响。更多还原
