【摘要】 理查德.佛罗里达的创意阶层理论在文化创意产业理论研究中角度独特,但也争议颇多。技术、人才、宽容(3T)理论的提出以及创意阶层的划分很大程度上廓清了人们对文化创意产业理论中人这一要素的理解。英国是世界上首先从政府介入的角度对文化创意产业的发展进行干预的国家,这一做法引起世界各国的效仿。论文从英国文化创意产业的发展实践来检视创意阶层理论的合理性,并提出相应的批评。更多还原

【Abstract】 Richard Florida put forward initially creative class and 3Ts theories. They received much praise and honor and critical comments as well. These theories help researchers simply understand the importance of creative class in creative industries. Meanwhile the UK government has been involved in supporting development of creative industries of England and Wales since 1997 and got many achievements in them. This essay focuses on the practice of Florida’s theories and makes some critical comments.更多还原
