中性点不接地配电网电容电流在线测量方法比较

【摘要】 配电网电容电流大小是决定是否装设消弧线圈、确定消弧线圈容量和进行消弧线圈调谐的重要依据.论文分析测试了国内提出的中性点不接地配电网电容电流在线测量方法(三频率注入法、两频率注入法、相量法和谐振法),首次分析了电压互感器漏电阻和漏电抗对测量精度的影响,给出了各测量方法的优缺点,比较了测量范围和测量精度,为现场电容电流测量方法的选择提供参考.

【Abstract】 The capacitive current magnitude is a key element to decide Petersen-coil installation,tuning,and capacity choosing in distribution systems.Four capacitive current on-line measurement methods for unearthed distribution systems(method with three different frequency current signals injecting,method with two different frequency current signals injecting,parameters’ vector calculation method,and method with resonance frequency signal injecting) are analyzed and tested in the paper.The influence in measure precision caused by leaking resistance and reactance of the voltage transformer is analyzed for the first time.The methods’ merits and defects are analyzed.Their measurement ranges and precisions are also compared.The results can be used in choosing the measurement method of capacitive current for distribution networks.
