【Abstract】 "Stakeholder theory"was oriented from enterprise management research,which challenged the doctrine that interests of the shareholders should take precedence.It was taken that serving for all the interest relevancies should be the enterprise operating object.To apply"stakeholder theory",we can analyze all the interest groups related to continuing education in universities on by one(management organization of continuing education on universities,administrators of continuing education,interior and exterior faculty,entrusted training organizations and trainees,cooperated partners,etc.),which helps continuing education organizations in universities to define their characteristics,function and management system,and management system,and further clear the mutual actions of interest groups of con- tinuing education in universities.更多还原
